i ask god for a simple sign
not much to ask from his powers so divine
a purpose for every soul, they say god has made
not enough for my mind to start to pray
existence of this being that i have come to ask of
is god for real or are we being ripped off
a question that angers the elder so
turns their heads and orders me to go!
